Singer Island – Singer Island dropped to 8 New listings with 2 Sold, 3 Pending and 3 remaining Contingent.   

North Palm Beach – Increased to 20 New(!!!) with 8 Contingent, 3 Pending and 4 Sold.

Palm Beach Gardens –  Down 3 from last week PB Gardens had 37 New, Increasing to 40 Contingent, 21 Pending 27 Sold. 

Juno Beach – Increased to 5 New listings from last week and remained with 1 Pending, 1 Contingent and 3 Sold.

Jupiter – Dropped from a busy last week to 39 New, 15 Pending, 38 Contingent and 21 Sold.

Tequesta– Increased to 13 New, 8 Contingent, dropping to 5 Pending and remaining with 6 Sold. 

Hobe Sound – 6 New, 5 Pending, 8 Contingent and 8 Sold.

Stuart – Listed 20 New this week (!!) with 28 Contingent, 20 Pending with 29 Sold. 

Palm City –  9 New with 8 Contingent, 8 Pending and 7 Sold.

Jensen Beach – 3 New, 7 Contingent, 11 Pending and 20 Sold.

Hutchinson Island – 1 more Sold on Hutchinson Island, otherwise everything remained the same for the week.
