North Palm Beach – Lists 9 New with 8 Contingent, 4 Pending and 6 Sold.

Palm Beach Gardens – PB Gardens this week dropped 8 New for a total of 40, 23 Contingent, 23 Pending and up from 17, 28 Sold. 

Juno Beach – Still sitting with 3 New listings this week, with 2 Pending and 1 Contingent and 3 Sold.

Jupiter  – Showing 54 New, 25 Pending, 40 Contingent and 31 Sold.

Tequesta – Dropped to 6 New with 6 Pending, 5 Contingent and 6 Sold. 

Hobe Sound – 8 New, 8 Pending, 12 Contingent and 10 Sold.

Stuart – Dropped to 12 New, 24 Pending, 30 Contingent and 29 Sold. 

Palm City – Remained with 6 New and had 11 Pending, 19 Contingent with 7 Sold. 

Jensen Beach – Showed an increase in activity with 5 New, one more Pending bringing that total to 13 and 11 Contingent with 9 Sold.

Hutchinson Island – 4 New, 1 Pending, 1 Contingent and 3 Sold.
