The Sunshine State has never been more attractive for business owners to start new or bring their already accomplished Co. and Inc down south. Here are a few reasons why Florida is the haven you need for your business.

Florida has long been an attractive state for tax-conscious individuals and families because it doesn’t have an individual income tax. Plus, the state has garnered attention for its favorable business taxes. In 2019, the state ranked 4th on The Tax Foundation’s State Business Tax Climate Index, which shows how well states structure their tax systems and provide a road map

A recent study by the University of Exeter in the UK found that people who live less than a mile from the coast are 22 percent less likely to have symptoms of a mental health disorder compared to those who lived much farther away.

Is it the calm swaying of the palms or the foo-foo drinks with the umbrellas, or perhaps the clear blue color of the water that helps improve your mood?

Researchers concluded that access to “blue spaces,” or spaces by the sea or water, may play a big role in a person’s mental health. While many studies have shown that getting out into nature, even for just 20 minutes, can improve your mood, this specific finding could make a big difference in helping a person’s well-being, as well as the coastal environments themselves.

According to The Weather Channel’s 10-day weather forecast, the lowest daytime temperature we’re expecting is 72 degrees, providing for plenty of beach days ahead.

Our only obstacle may be rain, which is why Jupiter Inlet District has made it simple to check weather on the beach by providing a live streaming beach cam. Here is a great link for you to save if you’d like to check up on your local beach from the comfort of your own home: Jupiter Inlet Webcam

Perhaps the most famous name associated with Jupiter’s history is the DuBois Family. Many locals are familiar with the famous DuBois Park off of the Jupiter Inlet, where you can picnic, swim and snorkel with family and friends in a protected lagoon.
