Father’s Day is this Sunday on June 21, 2015!
Whether your father figure is into boating and fishing, golf, or relaxing and watching sports, there are plenty of options to choose from here in the sunshine state and many ways to spoil him on his special day.
For the Boater:
We live in a paradise, the State of Florida has proven to be one of the greatest fishing spots in the entire world! If you don’t have a boat, rest assured that there are many fishing guides or boat rentals available in every area of South Florida. Or a trip to Bass Pro Shop or Outdoor World could do the trick too by spoiling dad at one of the biggest fishing and hunting supply stores.
For the Golfer:
If Dad needs to brush up on his skills take him to the famous PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, where serious pros go to play and practice, it is also the site of the annual Honda Classic and famous courses like The Palmer, The Champion, The Fazio, The Estates and The Squire. There is aslo a golf academy of premises!
For the Beer Lover:
World of Beer in downtown West Palm Beach is a great place to enjoy trying new craft flavors. You will find over 500 beers locally and imported. Also Yardhouse in Palm beach Gardens is partly a restaurant and sports bar, additionally you can take a tour through the keg room which takes care of up to 4,000 beer at 36 & 38 degree temperatures.
For the Outdoorsman:
From the views, the winding trails, and bike paths look into taking a hike at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park in Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach Boardwalk and Boca Raton has various parks to enjoy a nice naturalistis experience.
For the Sporty:
Although there may not be any games to attend on Fathers day but you can always present dad with tickets to an upcoming game at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter.
