Every Wednesday, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum hosts the reoccurring Lighthouse Sunset Tours for locals and visitors. 

The climb to the top of the Lighthouse includes 105 steps to enjoy the specular view of Jupiter and the ocean. The tour includes an inside look at the Lighthouse Watchroom and visitors will even get a chance to watch the light turn on and illuminate the sky. 

The iconic red Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse stands 108 feet tall and was built and designed by George Meade. The Lighthouse is still actively lit and acts to help boaters navigate the sea.  The Lighthouse grounds are open daily for special events and tours.

Waterfront Properties Top Agent Angela Voland is hosting an event for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach. Angela has been nominated for the Visionary of the Year award and is hosting a Moonrise Beach Yoga Event to raise money for the cause. Angela is competing against nine other contestants to raise money in our area.

The Moonrise Beach Yoga Party is taking place Wednesday, May 3rd at the Marcinski Beach Marker #25 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Tickets are available online and cost $25 dollars per person. Book your spot early and support a great cause. 

Those attending are asked to bring their own yoga mat and towel. The proceeds from the Moonrise Beach Yoga Party benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Raffles, Giveaways, and Refreshments

The 2023 Sea Turtle Nesting Season has officially begun, and you might have noticed some beach markers in the sand recently. Those nests are blocked off to the public to help protect the sea turtle nests. Sea Turtle Nesting Season begins March 1st and goes through October 31st, and the beaches of Jupiter and Juno Beach are a popular sea turtle nesting spot. 

Researchers at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center have been on the look out for sea turtle nests along the beaches in Northern Palm Beach County. Sea turtles nest along the 9.5 mile sandy shoreline from the Northern Palm Beach County Line to the northern boundary of the John D. MacArthur Beach State Park every day. Several times a month the Loggerhead Marinelife Center pairs with local organizations and hosts a weekly Saturday morning Public Guided Beach Clean Up to help keep our beautiful Jupiter and Juno Beach beaches clean. 

The Beach Clean Up requires not reservations or pre-requirements, simply just show up with a bucket and gloves to protect your hands and begin. The Self- Guided Beach Clean Up was added to their calendar monthly in 2020. The clean-up asks for volunteers help in keeping our beaches clean. It’s important to keep our beautiful beaches clean from debris to help protect our oceans ecosystems and all that live in the ocean.

This Saturday and Sunday morning you will have the opportunity to catch the sunrise from the top of the Jupiter Lighthouse. The famous red lighthouse in Jupiter is hosting their Sunrise Tours. 

Climb to the top of the Jupiter Lighthouse and catch the incredible sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean before starting your weekend off. The special Sunrise Tours will only be offered for a limited time, so get your tickets early. 

Tickets are $30 dollars per person or $25 dollars for children and Lighthouse members. Tickets can be purchased online here. 

Bring your sunglasses and your cameras and catch the specular sunrise over Jupiter this weekend.

The popular Loggerhead Marinelife Center located on US 1 in Juno Beach hosts a daily Public Guided Tour for a chance for the public to get a sneak peek inside the facility.  

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a non-profit sea turtle research and rehabilitation center. The centers mission is to protect the oceans ecosystem and all that live in it. The Marinelife Center provides care to injured and endangered sea turtles before releasing them back into the ocean. 

The Public Guided Tours happen daily at 3pm. During the tour, visitors will get a look inside the facility and learn about the treatment and care provided to injured or endangered sea turtles. The tours cost $20 dollars per person and last about an hour. Registration is required and

The Palm Beach International Boat Show is coming back to Palm Beach County. The popular and one of the biggest boat shows in the country will be in our area next weekend. 

The show features over $1.2 billion dollars’ worth of yachts and supplies including over eight hundred boats ranging in all different sizes, from 8 feet to over 100 feet in length. The Boat Show doesn’t just feature hundreds of boats and yachts, but also includes an Aqua Zone, Educational Seminars, a Science Center, Culinary Experiences and much more. 

Tickets are on sale now for the big weekend. Tickets include 1-Day Tickets, 2-Day Tickets, and VIP Tickets. There will be no box office at the event, tickets will need to be purchased in advance.

Every Monday night, unless specified, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum hosts their popular Twilight Yoga at the Light. 

The event is open to all at sunset on Monday evenings for a yoga class taught by an experience yoga instructor, Mary Veal. 

The class requests that those attending bring their own yoga mats, and a water bottle. Yoga mats will not be provided. Class begins promptly at the start time and those attending are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get set up. 

Twilight Yoga at the Light is weather dependent and those attending will be notified if bad weather is expected during the class.
