MLB Teams That Train In The Palm Beaches

Because of our wonderful year-round weather, several Major League Baseball teams do their Spring training here in the Palm Beaches, which is great for baseball lovers.
The Palm Beaches are the Spring Training location for the Astros, Cardinals, Washington Nationals and Miami Marlins. From superstars to rookies to guys just trying to make the team, Spring Training is a fan-friendly atmosphere everyone should experience at least once. Here are a few teams that do their Spring training in Palm Beach County.
Houston Astros
You can watch players on the Astros, who won the 2017 world series championship, as they prepare for the upcoming season at FITTEAM Ballpark of The Palm Beaches.
FITTEAM Ballpark
The FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches features well-shaded seating, a wrap-around concourse, suites and party decks. Another great fan favorite of this 160-acre campus includes a City Park featuring a large playground, splash park, four lighted basketball courts and a 1.8 mile walking trail.
The Miami Marlins
The Marlins call Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter, Florida their spring training home, partnering with the St. Louis Cardinals in Florida's first facility specially designed to house two Major League Baseball teams. The stadium can accommodate approximately 7,000 fans and features Luxury Skyboxes, Field Boxes, Loge Boxes, Bleacher, and Grass Berm seating, parking and concessions.
Roger Dean Stadium
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium boasts one of the most pleasant main plazas in front of any ballpark in Spring Training, with charming walkways, palm trees and flowers in abundance. It is sure to put you in a good mood for the baseball inside. There is an intimacy at the Jupiter stadium that can't be found any closer than beyond the first- and third-base lines, where fans (mainly kids) have ample opportunity to secure autographs during the game from pitchers in the bullpen. In fact, one can practically reach out and touch the relief pitchers -- it's that close. The wall separating the players from fans is that short.
St. Louis Cardinals
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is the Spring Training home of the St. Louis Cardinals. Watch Jose Martinez and Matt Carpenter take the field, and see Miles Mikolas up on the mound. The Cards usually face the Miami Marlins for their first Spring Training game every year.
