Enjoy a Mediterranean summer night at Florie’s, the oceanfront restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. Florie’s Mediterranean Summer menu was created to give diners a taste of the plentiful region that is such a major part of cooking philosophy.
The menu is a prix fixe summer tasting experience. Florie’s will introduce rotating themed menus highlighting a new Mediterranean destination each month. The month of July will emphasize the French Riviera. The following months will highlight Spain and Italy. Each month, the dishes will celebrate the connection between Palm Beach and the featured Mediterranean region, employing ingredients that thrive seasonally in those destinations.
Available until July 31, the French Riviera Discovery Menu is a tantalizing dinner priced at $85 per person or $120 per person with wine pairings. Dishes include octopus carpaccio with a mango vinaigrette and coriander, swordfish with poivre voatsipériféry and citrus beurre blanc, and orange and bee pollen tropézienne cake.
