Trends come and go in the kitchen design industry, and in South Florida they run the gamut. Kitchen design is subjective and new to the scene are softer colors. You will see new soft greys, blues, and especially green. Consider what the primarily use the of the kitchen will be – a statement room, a functional family space, hostess kitchen for the holidays, or is a Miele coffee maker a must?  It is all about tailoring their kitchen to meet their constraints.

Floridians already knew that this is one of the best states to live in and now it has been confirmed by U.S. News & World Report!  Florida ranked No. 10 in U.S. News & World Report’s rankings of best states in the country. It also ranks among the top five states in education and among the top 10 states in the economy and fiscal stability categories. As a Florida resident, it is hard to believe that the beaches of Jupiter, nightlife in South Beach, and infamous Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, that Florida did not rank higher in the standings.

When you think of South Florida, many expensive zip codes come to mind–Palm Beach, Jupiter Island, Star Island, Orchid Island and many more.  But is one of those areas the most costly zip code in Florida?

The inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th presint of the United States at noon on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, will mark the commencement of the four-year term of Joe Biden as president and Kamala Harris as vice president and Southeast Florida is prepared. The outgoing president's term ends at noon local time on the 20th. Southeast Florida real estate predictions for 2021 are favorable! The National Association of Realtors chief economist, Lawrence Yun, has readied real estate predictions for 2021. Last year the housing market was on fire with record-low mortgage rates and relocations made possible by remote job opportunities.

It is anticipated that home sales will maintain+ the 2020 momentum and will carry into 2021. The record low mortgage rates have been the key factor for home buying despite a challenging pandemic plagued job market.  Jobs will steadily recover especially knowing that the vaccine distribution is just around the corner.

Expect sales to grow 7 percent and prices to rise another 5.7 percent on top of 2020’s already high levels. While it is

 The National Association of Realtors held its Real Estate Forecast Summit where several experts weighed in on projections of what the market may look in 2021. The following predictions (re-posted verbatim to avoid miscommunication) are either from a survey of more than 20 housing and economy experts, or the Residential Outlook panel held during the Summit.  Palm Beach County properties will most likely follow the predictions.  It is best to discuss the specific area of interest with one of the Waterfront Properties real estate specialists, who are knowledgeable of the market.

Finance titan Goldman Sachs is on the move and Palm Beach County could very well be its final destination. It has been widely reported that Goldman Sachs will be moving an $8 billion dollar division of its company to the sunshine state.

The report comes after many major companies have fled the high taxes and clustered New York City work places, many of which have since set up in South Florida. Billionaire Paul Singer recently set up his $41 billion dollar hedge fund in West Palm Beach and fellow billionaire investor Carl Icahn recently made his move to Miami.
