Jupiter’s very own Maltz Theatre has announced the upcoming season’s production musicals for you and your family to enjoy.
Maltz Theatre began in October 2001, has become one of Florida’s leading professional theatres committed to production, education and performance. Making the Maltz Jupiter Theatre Florida’s largest non-profit award-winning professional theatre.
Starting this October Born Yesterday, a musical comedy about a corrupt tycoon trying to make a name for himself in Washington D.C., is set to take the stage October 29th through November 12th, 2017.
In November, Disney’s Newsies The Musical, family-friendly musical based on real life about an 1899 New York Paperboy who struggled to survive selling newspapers in the midst of a strike, takes the stage November 28th through December 17th, 2017.
Starting in the new year, Hairspray, a dance sensation musical about a young Baltimore girl with a huge heart and a mission to get on the hottest dance show on television, takes the theatre stage January 9th through January 28th, 2018.
An Inspector Calls, a dramatic mystery thriller about an inspector who arrived at the home of an affluent family for a dinner party that takes a turn for the worst, is scheduled to perform February 4th through February 18th, 2018.
The final show for the upcoming season, is South Pacific. An classic romantic musical about a nurse on an Island in the South Pacific during World War II that finds herself in the middle of the war and love with a French solider. South Pacific is set to take the Maltz Theatre stage March 6th through March 25th, 2018.
