Next weekend, The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting their reoccurring Hike Through History event.

Join the Lighthouse staff and your Jupiter neighbors for a 2-mile hike through the 120-acre Outstanding Natural Area on the grounds of the Jupiter Lighthouse. The hike is open to both children ages 5 and up and adults, those 13 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old or older.

The program is designed to explore through nature and discover Jupiter’s history. Hiking gear such as hiker footwear, active wear, a hat and a water bottle or canteen should be worn and carried during the journey.

The tours are weather dependent and the next scheduled Hike Through History is next Saturday, October 5th at 8:30 am to 10:30 am. The cost to participate is free but a reservation is required to reserve your spot due to the limited space.

If you cannot attend this one, there will be another one next month on Saturday, November 2nd.

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is located at 500 Captain Armour’s Way in Jupiter.
