Florida's Hidden Gem: Stuart

The "Most Beautiful City in America" recognition was an incredible achievement that has only been awarded to two Florida cities thus far. Stuart came out on top after being evaluated based on the categories of Tidiness, Environmental Awareness, Community Involvement, Heritage Preservation, Urban Forestry, Landscaped Areas, Floral Displays and Turf & Groundcovers.When it comes to recreation, the Stuart beaches are plentiful and uncrowded. The town has an active community that caters to both families and an active senior population. Annual events feature Stuart Street Dance, Stuart Air Show, Stuart Boat Show, holiday parades, art festivals, seafood festivals, to name just a few.
Promoted as the Sailfish Capital of the World, there is no shortage of seasonal fishing tournaments that include the swordfish, lobster, and Ladies Fishing competitions.
