The 19th Annual Holiday Boat Parade and Toys for Tots Drive kicks off the holiday season this year on December 7, 2013. Last year the Boat Parade collected more than 18,000 toys for needy children in Palm Beach County! Favorite area businesses and local municipalities continue providing ongoing support for the Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County event.
The boat parade is led by a traveling fireworks display, provided by Zambelli Fireworks, as it travels north up the Intracoastal Waterway from North Palm Beach to the historic Jupiter Lighthouse. The official Holiday Boat Parade “after party” will be held at The Square Grouper Tiki Bar. Grand Marshall’s will be Mo and Sally, from the Mo & Sally Show of KOOL 105.5
The Holiday Boat Parade is scheduled to begin at 6:00pm and arrives in Jupiter approximately at 8:00pm. Follow @MIAPBC on Twitter for live updates throughout the parade.
Aside from viewing the Holiday Boat Parade from a private boat or a viewing spot with friends and family who live on the water, there are a great number of public waterfront viewing locations to view the parade. A few suggestions along the parade route are:
Peanut Island
North Palm Beach Country Club
Juno Park
Bert Winters Park
Waterway Café
River House Restaurant
Riverwalk Events Plaza
Sawfish Bay
Jetty’s Restaurant
Bubba Gump’s Restaurant

Please note: Boat parade has requested and has been granted permits allowing 45-minute bridge openings. Please check www.palmbeachboatparade.org to see if it will affect your travel.
