“Bolay” - Palm Beach Gardens – Nutritious, Super-foods Bowls

A bunch of superfoods claim to have a myriad of health benefits. The nutrition industry is hopeful it will begin to alter many Americans’ eating patterns. What is a superfood? The idea behind “Bolay”, was to create and enjoy an enjoyable organic and fresh, relaxed meal. The process is unique and fun.
