Happening in Boca Raton mid March is one of the most beloved happenings for the art community in South Florida, the Boca Raton Contemporary Art Fair 3rd Edition. This well curated event will host some of the finest works in contemporary, modern and emerging art at the 65,000 square foot International Pavilion of the Palm Beaches on the Florida Atlantic University campus. 

The art fair is put on by David and Lee Ann Lester of Next Level Fairs and is to take place March 15 through the 18 of 2018. Starting tomorrow, Pavilion Grille in Boca Raton will be hosting Ballroom & Latin Dance Night every Wednesday through March 28th.

The Florida Youth Orchestra is a nationally acclaimed orchestra of 400 members ages 6-19. These kids are incredibly talented and have performed in front of crowds of 70,000+ playing at events like the World Series and at the Dolphins Stadium. Many of the students go on to some of the country's most prestigious colleges, consistently receiving the most coveted scholarships, honors, and awards. Have some fun relaxing, socializing, and painting at Uptown Art: Boca's wood pallet painting event this Friday, February 8th at 6:30 p.m.

Learn how to paint the above beach scene from the night's instructor. Get hands-on direction, paint supplies, an apron, and everything else you'll need all included. Just bring yourself, your friends, and some wine. The studio is BYOB, so you can bring your favorite beverages and snacks to enjoy while you paint. A Loggerhead sea turtle named Kraken will be released back into the Atlantic Ocean tomorrow after a brief stay at Gumbo Limbo Nature Center.

Kraken will be sent off with a satellite transmitter attached to her shell so her voyage at sea can be tracked. 

Join the nature center for the release tomorrow at Spanish River Park in Boca Raton at 4:30 p.m. prompt. Parking feed will be waved starting at 4 p.m.
