In southern Florida, there is a holiday boat parade in nearly every city to honor the holiday spirit and the spirit that is south Florida, boating. Tomorrow, the 39th Annual Holiday Boat Parade is taking sail in Boca Raton. 

The Intracoastal Waterways will light up for thousands of spectators to watch as boats beautifully, decorated with hundreds of thousands of lights cruise by. The Chief Executive Officer of indulgent fashion brand Louis Vuitton purchased a home for $11.7 million on Allison Island in Miami Beach last year.  The South Florida waterfront property is a one-acre island property with 200 square feet of waterfrontage with a private dock, guesthouse, and tennis court according to the Wall Street Journal report.  

The house was originally listed for $13 million and purchased by the CEO for the just under $12million in January 2014.  Demolition of the existing home and construction of a new residence is still underway. According to a new analysis by Swiss Bank USB, they have factored into determining the most expensive cities to live such factors as residential price points, goods and services as well as high taxes and after tax wages.

OpenTable is an online restaurant-reservation service for foodies and gourmets.  According to the OpenTable, it provides online reservations for about 31,000 restaurants around the world and seats about 15 million diners a month.  They released the “Top 100 Restaurants for Foodies in America”. The 2015 list pays tribute to the 100 best restaurants in the United States after “analyzing more than five million reviews of more than 20,000 restaurants across the country, all submitted by verified diners.”
