This year, the world-class hospital, Jupiter Medical Center Foundation’s Women’s Health Advisory Council is hosting its first-annual Women’s Health & Wellness Conference and the keynote speaker is fitness superstar, Jillian Michaels. 

The goal of the Women’s Health & Wellness Conference is to educate women on the overall importance of proper health and lifestyle wellness. Some of the subjects to be discussed will be stroke prevention, stress management, heart health, orthopedics and even stress management.

Taking place March 10th is the 17th Annual Barry Crown Walk for the Animals in honor of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue. You and your family and friends can join Team Salty Dog Paddle in a fun walk along a scenic route. This year the walk is at a brand new location, City Place.
