Handyman services are available through the Property Owners Association. Squeaky door, burned out light bulbs, electrical fixtures need replacing?  Allow a trained handyman handle your household repair list and avoid any inconvenience.  They can help and inspect from the pool, to the garage, and attic to the guest house.  No job is too small.  All work is performed by POA staff, they can be contacted at through POA office.

I’M  OUTTA  HERE …

The POA at The Club at Admiral’s Cove offers a service to the residents, called “Homeminder”, in which they will make a visual inspection of the exterior and interior of the home on a weekly basis.  This is perfect for non resident owners. An assigned person will inspect for water leaks, insects, mold or mildew. Inspect major appliances, air conditioning system, pool and landscaping for proper maintenance.  The “Homeminder” service can be custom designed to meet the resident’s needs or special requests.

THE LAST ONE IN…

A sparkling, crystal clear pool is a delight.  It is easy to obtain with the “Pool Minder” service offered by the POA at The Club at Admiral’s Cove. Two pool companies have been pre screened and selected by the POA.  They are full service pool companies and available to service residents.

Don’t let temptation in your home.  Always set your alarm!  The POA at The Club at Admiral’s Cove has sponsored alarm company Contractors Alarm Services, Inc. They are a full service provider with crews for installation and maintenance.  Any questions you may have regarding CASI may be directed to the POA office.

DRIVING  MISS  DAISY…

If you ever need an extra driver, the POA at The Club at Admiral’s Cove can take the stress out of making everything work out just right.  One of the off duty security officers (Elite Security) will serve as your driver.  The security officer will use your vehicle and drive you (or others) to where you need to go – doctor appointment, restaurant, shopping.  Driving services require 48 hours notice if possible.
