The top “over the top” frozen treats in Palm Beach County will surely break your diet, but will it?  A much more effective and realistic dieting approach for most people is to use healthy, “clean” whole foods as the underlying foundation of their meal plan, but to also regularly add in a moderate allowance of “cheat foods” as well.

Force yourself to “eat clean” 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with nothing but plain chicken, brown rice, broccoli and oatmeal and it’s a virtual guarantee that you’ll eventually feel bored and frustrated with your diet, which could very easily cause you to fall off track or even quit altogether.

The distinguished "Top 100 Courses" list, released annually by Golf Digest, recently revealed that Juno Beach's Seminole was ranked as the 34th best golf course in the world. The world was able to see the unqiue beauty and distinct dynamic of Seminole this past summer during a Covid-19 relief match featuring Palm Beach County residents Rory McIlroy, Rickie Fowler and Dustin Johnson.

Here is what Golf Digest had to say about the local gem: "The course plays along and between two main dune lines, and Ross made the most of the opportunity with holes continually tacking in different directions. The club prides itself on its firm playing surfaces and when the coastal breezes kick in, watch out. Some grouse that the course’s reputation is built on the

It has been quite the year for Jupiter resident golfers, and yet again, another local pro has found the winners circle. LPGA golfer Mel Reid took home the 2020 ShopRite LPGA Classic for her first ever win on the LPGA Tour. The victory gets Reid into the U.S. Women’s Open in December but next up is the third LPGA major of the year – the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship this week at Aronimink outside Philadelphia.

Reid joins a slew of other golfers from Jupiter, who have won their respective tours in 2020, including Dustin Johnson, Justin Thomas and Daniel Berger. Referred to as “Golf’s Hot Spot” in Golf Digest and the “Epicenter of Professional Golf” by GOLF.com, the sunny beachside town of Jupiter Florida is the place to live for today’s pro golfers.

Collin Morikawa won the PGA Championship at TPC Harding Park in San Francisco on Sunday after an amazing display of ball striking and dropping big putt time and time again. However his shining moment came on the 16th tee on Sunday afternoon as he drove the driveable par 4, which many of the players in the field did over the week, but none better than Morrikawa, who bent a perfect cut around an over-hanging tree to around 10 feet for the go-ahead eagle putt.

Morikawa sank the putt and went on to win his first major, joining Palm Beach County residents Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Rory McIlroy as the only players to win the PGA Championship at 23. You may not be able to swing it just like the young phenom, but you can swing the same clubs, here’s the

The old song and dance of moving to Florida for retirement is still moving and grooving but that doesn’t mean you have to take up golf or knitting. Here are a few reasons why Florida is the haven you need for your business.

 Tax Advantage

Florida has long been an attractive state for tax-conscious individuals and families because it doesn’t have an individual income tax. Plus, the state has garnered attention for its favorable business taxes.
