The Bistro in Jupiter is a neighborhood place. It is first-class and upscale inside, but not stuffy. If you know The Palm Beach Grill or Mark’s at CityPlace, you know the feel - crisp napkins, polished glassware, lively bar, white tablecloths, crescent shaped booths that are deeply cushioned and cozy, the murmur of happy diners in the background but not loud.

While perusing the menu and sampling the warm fresh sunflower seed-studded rolls served in a linen lined basket. A long ceramic dish with chicken liver pate, fresh cool butter, and herb and garlic seasoned olive oil accompanied the rolls. The menu is indeed bursting with bistro fare and the prices are reasonable and the quality is impressive.

The City of Boca Raton will be hosting free concerts at the Mizner Park Amphitheater on Friday evenings throughout the summer. The schedule will include tribute bands, classical music, and more. The City of Boca Raton’s Summer Series, presented by Alpine Jaguar, promises a line-up of great FREE concerts including tribute bands every Friday night beginning June 19, 2022, and running through August 21, 2022, at Downtown Boca Raton’s Mizner Park Amphitheater at 590 Plaza Real, in Boca Raton.

You can bring your own blankets and chairs or rent chairs for $5. Outside food, beverages, and pets are not permitted, but food and beverages will be available on-site.

Classes are at your location, or the Ocean Rescue Headquarters located at Anchor Park, 340 South Ocean Boulevard, Delray Beach. The class covers ocean safety information about rip currents, man-o-war jellyfish, lightning, severe weather, marine life, and other beach-related topics.
