Luxury real estate in Palm Beach County saw a double-digit increase in home sales last month compared to July 2017. The number of home sales above $600,000 rose 26.6% over last year and homes in the $1 million+ price range saw a whopping 30.6% increase. It's the first time the county has seen such a spike.

In fact, since opening in 1992, the Kravis Center has provided access to the performing arts for about 2.3 million schoolchildren.

You may ask how this improves our youth in the community, and while as an Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts alumni I may want to say “It just does”, there are actually studies to prove it. According to Princeton, integrating the arts into school curriculum improves academic performance and student discipline, while it also revitalizes

The local organization currently has 15 people in Jupiter who will receive meals and serves more than 200 people in the county aged 65+. Sixty percent of these people are over the age of 85.

Online providers are permitted to offer the temporary certificate exam 24-hours a day, seven days a week, and it can be accessed by tablet, laptops, and even smartphones.

Prior to this change, paper exams were the only option, and had to be completed and passed on the spot by rental vessel operators, while boat rental facilities had to purchase, administer, and mail in the valid hard copies. The newer convenient method can be completed online before a vacation or a trip to rent a boat.

The $3 online exam is 25 questions
