Veteran’s Day is upon us and it is a day to celebrate all of those who have fought for our country. “The Veterans Day National Committee recognizes select Veterans Day observances throughout the country that represent fitting tributes to America’s heroes serve as models for other communities to follow in planning their own observances.”

There are celebrations and events from a household level to a large public level that take place across the nation. For local Palm Beach County residents, the City of Boca Raton and the Florida Wind Symphony are hosting a concert sure to be a special experience. 

The day will begin on Veteran’s Day, November 11th with a ceremony dedicated to our veterans at 9am at the Boca Raton Cemetery. The Florida Wind Symphony

For years, a number of Palm Beach resorts and fine hotels have been taking the top spots on lists from digests like Condé Nast, Travel Magazine, Haute Living and more. Recently Condé Nast Traveler released its “Top Hotels in Florida: Reader’s Choice Award 2017” list and a whopping seven Palm Beach based resorts were on it.

Many locals are familiar with the famous DuBois Park off of the Jupiter Inlet, where you can picnic, swim and snorkel with family and friends in a protected lagoon.
