If you are an avid fisherman and love adventure you may want to enter this upcoming fishing competition, The Extreme Kayak Fishing Tournament Summer SLAM. Kicking off its second phase August 12th, this tournament offers local fishermen the chance to win big money and tons of prizes whether you own a boat or not. 

This fun and challenging local event is sponsored by the biggest local fishing companies and will benefit the Broward County Children’s Center. Contestants will get to paddle out on their kayaks with their fishing gear to help support a great cause.
