Lighthouse Cove Adventure Golf in Jupiter will host a grand opening tomorrow at 11 a.m. to celebrate their $1 million expansion of its mini-golf course and restaurant.


One of the most highly anticipated changes to the 36-hole mini golf course is the experience at the 13th hole. Golfers will experience underwater sea sounds and find themselves immersed in a cave, which will lead them to a tank filled with tropical fish and a coral reef. Grouper and other new fish will be added in the coming weeks. There is now also a playground and pavilion on the course.


The new additions to the restaurant include more seating for up to 82 customers, a stylish bar with 15 TVs, and the 3,500-gallon saltwater fish tank. The menu also received an upgrade and

A fun and new way for kids to express their creativity is coming to town, and its called wire art. Wire art is a type of art form that comes from a group of artisans in Cape Town, South Africa. It combines wire, beads and other elements for kids to put together in their own way to make art sculptures, jewelry and more. 

Martine Lipnitsky will teach the upcoming wire art classes. Martine learned how to make wire art while visiting South Africa. She saw the art being created and sold on the streets by local artisans. She was taught how to make it by a charitable organization called, Streetwires. This group makes and sells their crafts and unique beads to support the local communities in Cape Town. The 2017 housing market is shaping up to be opportune for both the buyer and the seller. Although mortgage interest rates are on the rise, it hasn’t deterred buyers from purchasing their next home.


Since the presidential election, interest rates have risen from 3.5 percent to 4.2 percent. The first ever Coastal Fest will be held this Saturday, April 1st from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. at The Plaza Down Under on the Riverwalk in Jupiter.
