Singer Island – Singer Island dropped to 8 New listings with 2 Sold, 3 Pending and 3 remaining Contingent.   

North Palm Beach – Increased to 20 New(!!!) with 8 Contingent, 3 Pending and 4 Sold.

Palm Beach Gardens –  Down 3 from last week PB Gardens had 37 New, Increasing to 40 Contingent, 21 Pending 27 Sold. 

Juno Beach – Increased to 5 New listings from last week and remained with 1 Pending, 1 Contingent and 3 Sold.

Jupiter – Dropped from a busy last week to 39 New, 15 Pending, 38 Contingent and 21 Sold.

Tequesta– Increased to 13 New, 8 Contingent, dropping to 5 Pending and remaining with 6 Sold. 

Hobe Sound – 6 New, 5 Pending, 8 Contingent and 8 Sold.

Stuart – Listed 20 New this week (!!) with 28 Contingent, 20 Pending with 29 Sold. 

Singer Island – Singer Island dropped to 9 New listings from 16, had 3 Sold with 4 Pending and 3 Contingent.   

North Palm Beach – Lists 9 New with 8 Contingent, 4 Pending and 6 Sold.

Palm Beach Gardens – PB Gardens this week dropped 8 New for a total of 40, 23 Contingent, 23 Pending and up from 17, 28 Sold. 

Juno Beach – Still sitting with 3 New listings this week, with 2 Pending and 1 Contingent and 3 Sold.

Jupiter  – Showing 54 New, 25 Pending, 40 Contingent and 31 Sold.

Tequesta – Dropped to 6 New with 6 Pending, 5 Contingent and 6 Sold. 

Hobe Sound – 8 New, 8 Pending, 12 Contingent and 10 Sold.

Stuart – Dropped to 12 New, 24 Pending, 30 Contingent and 29 Sold. 

Palm City – Remained with 6 New and had 11 Pending, 19 Contingent

Singer Island – Singer Island produced 9 New listings, 2 Sold with 5 Pending and 6 Contingent.  A good week! 

North Palm Beach – Lists 10 New with 6 Contingent.  North Palm Beach Village looks like a point of interest.

Palm Beach Gardens – Increases in PB Gardens this week with 10 New, 12 Contingent, 9 Pending and 17 Sold. 

Juno Beach – Dropped from 9 to 3 New listings this week with 1 Pending and 4 Contingent.

Jupiter – Showing 55 New with Pending in this area at 20.  44 Contingent and 25 Sold!  Hot, hot, hot!

Tequesta – 14 New listings for Tequesta with 3 Pending and 6 Sold.  Waterway Road seems to show the most activity this week.

Stuart – Listed 3 New this week with 1 more Pending.  A slow week for Stuart…

Palm City – Increased their

Singer Island – Singer Island produced 3 new listings this week with the hot spot still on Ocean Dr., must be those beautiful ocean views… 

North Palm Beach – 3 listings went Contingent and 3 Sold, with activity equally distributed throughout the North Palm area.

Palm Beach Gardens – Sold 8, bringing the total sales up from 23 to 31 for the week.   Points of interest were the Evergrene and Frenchman’s developments.

Juno Beach - 2 New listings with 2 Pending bringing those totals to 10 New and 3 Pending within week.

Jupiter  – 16 Sold with 6 more going Contingent in this area, bringing totals up to 39 and 37 respectively for the week – Hot!  Jonathan’s Landing seems to be of particular interest as well as Jupiter Farms.
